It’s neighbor issue- I’ve lived in my home for a few decades and since fall of 2022 have had difficulty sleeping due to the installation of a device close to my boundary line. Have tried local authorities but to no avail. Have been researching and will continue- neighbor is now aware but playing games, being deceitful.
Also, how about one for the old, (very old), love life- certain fellow.

I can only respond in very general terms here, Wildflower, but the device is something of a "fait accompli" on their side of the boundary- unless you can collate and present data that makes it an actual requirement for a local authority (or else a specialist solicitor and that will likely cost unless you an get legal aid) to act on the basis that some particular regulation is being contravened (Justice card and the Knight Swords RX) Eg, just for argument's sake, say it is creating noise nuisance, or, say you are being overlooked, or say there is atmospheric pollution. Records would have to be amassed, and the process may add to your stress as there would now be a declared state of conflict right on your doorstep. Aggravating for you indeed. But the situation seems to improve (Empress) whether this is by friendly candid exchange involving some kind of technical/natural solution/barrier whether done by you or by them or with the agency of some local environmental or citizen's advice group. Just for example, say,by strategic planting. I knew a man who had work done on his house to counter the effects upon him of natural radiation from the local rock (Cornwall) Your home is a lovely one says the 10 Pentacles which stands for ancestral legacy, and stands like a lighthouse in the vision of your wider family. Perhaps some work can be done that only enhances your property for living in now and for future value that has the effect of improving your sleep. eg new windows. No reason why you SHOULD need to, but that is the message of the entirely constructive 10 Pentacles. Re: The love situation, the affection seems not in doubt, but the King of Cups has appeared reversed and the Hanged Man reversed. He seems entirely comfortable, perhaps too comfortable with the existing status quo, and seems to feel no need to do anything ...as if he has things the way he likes them and is happy with that. But you have the Queen of Wands (Aries) ahead...you need more stimulus and company, and seem to be doing something whereby you will be getting more of that again, this coming year. With or without him. The Empress, The Queen of Wands and 10 Pentacles are working for you as the year unfolds. To be avoided, Queen Swords Reversed, entering into an all out dispute with the neighbours unless you can establish beforehand that there is a cast iron complaint that can prescribe or dictate of them a practicable solution. I am sitting here quite stunned as you have described both situations it seems to a tee. Yes, my home is a lighthouse to my family, and all the options described are being considered. I’m spending the winter perusing the options and will not rush ahead foolishly. On the second question, he can the very picture of the King of Cups, but also has a majority of Wands in his chart, as do I. Decision time, right? The cards you pulled are very reflective of me at present time, and I’ve been pulling the ten pentacles a lot lately, and I always see both situations in that one card.

Thank you Wildflower. Perhaps, moving forward, it is not so much a case of a decision to be made...or not yet, unless you now feel a need to sort it one way or the other. The Queen of Swords reversed was balanced out by the Queen of Wands. Maybe during Pisces/Aries (Hanged Man...correlated with a behaviour but also with Pisces season) there will be an opportunity or turning point,or he may up the ante...as a King of Wands would do, if in hunting mode. But nor do you seem to be settling for an indefinitely indeterminate situation, and why should you. You just seem to pull ahead with something, travel,a project or whatever, and then he must make an effort to engage, stay involved and keep up, King of Wands style- or not. You are the Empress.
